Remove Cap and Straws from the Box.

Cut the straws to the desired length by using the cut guide on the product packaging.

Place straw on the nozzle on the underside of the Sports Cap.

Firmly screw on the cap to the threading of the bottle until secure.

Flip the mouthpiece open to use.

Close the mouthpiece completely to avoid any leaking.

Remove Cap from the Box.

Firmly screw on the cap to the threading of the bottle until secure.

Flip the mouthpiece open to use.

Close the mouthpiece completely to avoid any leaking.

Remove Cap from the Box.

Place the black ring onto the neck of the bottle. Use both thumbs to press down by creating a circle until the ring snaps into place.

Firmly screw on the cap to the threading of the bottle until secure.

Remove Cap from the Bottle.

Hand wash with warm, soapy water. We recommend using a bottle brush or Q-tip for any hard-to-reach areas.

Rinse with cool water.

Air Dry Cap.

Do not remove the mouthpiece from the sports cap as this can lead to leaking issues.
