Are Hydro Cell Water Bottles dishwasher safe?

Are Hydro Cell Accessories dishwasher safe?

We recommend washing your Hydro Cell accessories with warm soapy water. Dishwashers can retard accessories and make them unusable over time.

How do I address staining or weird smelling odors in my Hydro Cell?

If you are experiencing these issues please use a water, baking soda and vinegar solution and fill your bottle and let rest for 12 hours, then scrub the bottle with a wash cloth or bottle brush, then rinse with warm soapy water and let air dry.

What if I am noticing what appears to be rust in my bottle?

Hydro Cell is made of 18/8 food grade stainless steel and will not rust. What you are experiencing is oxidation from minerals and/or deposits from the beverages that have been inside the bottle. Please use a water, baking soda and vinegar solution and fill your bottle and let rest for 12 hours, then scrub the bottle with a wash cloth or bottle brush, then rinse with warm soapy water and let air dry. This should remove any calcification you see. If you are not able to remove, then please reach out to us and we will replace your bottle.

Is my Hydro Cell FDA Certified and CA 65 Approved?

Yes, Hydro Cell uses virgin materials for all production and all materials are deemed safe by the health authorities.

Is Hydro Cell BPA Free?

Yes, Hydro Cell does not contain and plastic byproducts or plasticizers that are harmful to human beings.

What comes with my Hydro Cell Purchase?

Hydro Cell comes in the following sizes: 14oz, 18oz, 24oz, 32oz, 40oz, and 64oz. We offer between 15-17 colors options depending on seasonality and availability. Each Hydro Cell comes with one stainless steel screw cap and one sport cap with straw.

Warranty

What happens if my bottle has a defect?

Hydro Cell water bottles come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund if your water bottle has any manufacturing defects. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available. Please remember that our lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, cleaning practices, or wear and tear. We will provide an exact replacement for your bottle or accessory when a warranty claim is approved.

What happens if my bottle is damaged during shipping?

If you purchased your Hydro Cell on our website and it was damaged during shipping, please complete the warranty claim on our "contact us" page. If you purchased your bottle through Amazon, please request a refund from Amazon and state the reason as “damaged during transit.”

What is Hydro Cell’s warranty for accessories?

Caps: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If your cap has any issue related to leaking, threading, suction or broken component parts please contact us and we will provide a replacement free of charge and ship it out to you immediately.

Boots: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If your boot does not fit properly or is damaged in shipping please contact us and we will provide a replacement free of charge and ship it out to you immediately.

Paracords: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If your paracord does not fit properly or is damaged in shipping please contact us we will provide a replacement free of charge and ship it out to you immediately.

Order, Returns, Shipping and Handling

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on the shipping method selected and the type of order placed, processing and shipping times vary. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the below estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the FedEx or USPS website to follow your new Hydro Cell. If you have any issues receiving your order, please contact us and we will remedy your situation.

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Unfortunately, no. Hydro Cell does not currently ship to international destinations.

What is the return policy for Hydro Cell?

Products purchased on the Hydro Cell website can be returned to Hydro Flask for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. If you have purchased a Hydro Flask from one of our affiliate websites, please contact them directly for their return policy.

How do I return my Hydro Cell?

Complete a contact form on the Hydro Cell Website and let us know you would like to return your bottle. Please reference your order ID. Once we receive the returned unit(s) we will issue you a refund withing 3-5 business days. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping on returned items. Your account will be returned the amount of your purchase on the next billing cycle depending on bank or credit institution.

If you purchased your Hydro Cell on one of our affiliate websites, you will be subject to the return policy of that platform.
